Item A Strategic Marketing Internship at DDB Mudra(ATLAS SkillTech University, 2025) Arora, RonakWhile interning at DDB Mudra, I worked closely on a number of high-profile projects and campaigns for companies including McDonald's, Raymond, and Birla Estates, which gave me extensive exposure to the advertising and marketing sector. I actively contributed to brainstorming sessions and helped build advertising concepts, such as the Mother's Day campaign and the McDonald's anime partnership, as part of the creative ideation process. I was able to comprehend how to match brand values and target audience preferences with creative concepts as a result. Social media management and analytics, where I was in charge of monitoring performance indicators on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, was one of the main areas where I developed. This involved keeping an eye on impressions, follower growth, and engagement rates, all of which improved my ability to evaluate data and use insights to better content initiatives. I also gained practical experience converting unprocessed data into suggestions that might be implemented by creating monthly reports on social media analysis. Managing the communication surrounding the McDonald's cheese incident presented a big challenge because I had to come up with a timely message that struck a balance between brand protection and transparency. I learned how important it is to manage consumer feedback, communicate during a crisis, and uphold a brand's reputation across several channels from this task. Additionally, I collaborated with clients, especially while working on creative decks for companies like Birla Estates. I learned from this experience how crucial it is to communicate clearly and be adaptable when fulfilling client expectations. I gained practical experience in market research, client communication, project management, and crisis management throughout my internship. All things considered, the experience improved my comprehension of how advertising agencies function and gave me the resources I needed to manage the industry's volatility.
