    BEST DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY FOR START-UPS

    This study aims to explore the usage of digital marketing to acquire customer relationships, or more specifically, digital marketing in start-ups. Digital marketing is necessary for majority of the businesses nowadays and has become a significant factor for business companies for improving and implementing their marketing strategies. Digital marketing plays an important role among all businesses due to the rise in digitalization. This case study attempts to answer to the research questions which is; “How digital marketing contributes to acquiring customers in a start-up?”. The study concludes, that it was found that digital marketing is understood as a creative and successful method for attracting, maintaining and building healthy customer relationships. It was found that digital platforms such as websites and blogs provide maximum advantage for start-ups. Social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook were in most use for showcasing this content.
