A TRANSITIONAL ANALYSIS OF ONLINE EDUCATION: A CUSTOMIZE AND FLEXIBLE APPROACH IN INDIA 3-DECADE ANALYSIS
(Education and Society, 2023-04) Homavazir, Zuleika; Dikshit, Sukanya; Gambhir, Vinima; Homavazir, Malcolm
E-learning is expected to be the future of education. This paper deals with the concerns that it entails and the development and growth that e-learning offers to India. The country's dark realities of severe economic muddles and discriminatory affairs make it exclusive to the privileged. The major stakeholders, the students, are facing immense changes with education as it transitions from the traditional face-to-face method to online platforms, be it in terms of their mental and physical health, all-around development, or their missing out on a wholesome learning experience which involves interacting with peers daily. Further, the traditional approaches in Indian pedagogy have clashing views and difficulties adapting to online education. Not just them, but the virtualization of education affects a large portion of society, whether in the civil or commercial sectors. The necessity for the Indian educational ecosystem to compete with the world's rapidly developing educational technology industry is intertwined with the country's economic and social development. The article also demands e-learning as a social investment and indicates that e-learning government policies are the factors that exclusively dictate the future of e-learning. The primary goal of this research paper is to comprehend the notion of e-learning and to investigate the many types of e-learning. It also highlights many points of view on the contrast of old and modern learning techniques. Modern methods of teaching and learning are beneficial to the growth of the education sector in India. The study report focuses on classroom learning and e-learning in India as a major wheel of educational progress.

(SOUTH INDIA JOURNAL OF SOCIAL SCIENCES, 2023-01) Homavazir, Malcolm; Homavazir, Zuleika; Gambhir, Vinima; Dikshit, Sukanya
Greenwashing, the deceptive practice of portraying an organization or its products as environmentally friendly when they are not, has received significant attention in recent years. While previous research has explored the short-term effects of greenwashing on consumer perception and purchasing behavior, there is a need to investigate the long-term consequences of greenwashing, particularly its impact on corporate reputation. This research paper aims to assess the long-term consequences of greenwashing on corporate reputation and explore the underlying mechanisms that shape this relationship. Using a mixed-methods approach, this study will begin with a comprehensive review of existing literature on greenwashing and corporate reputation. It will then analyze real-world case studies of companies that have been implicated in greenwashing scandals and examine their subsequent reputational outcomes over an extended period. The findings of this research will contribute to a deeper understanding of the long-term consequences of greenwashing on corporate reputation. It will shed light on how consumers, investors, employees, and other stakeholders perceive and respond to greenwashing practices over time. Furthermore, this study will explore the factors that may mitigate or exacerbate the negative effects of greenwashing on corporate reputation, such as transparency, authenticity, and accountability. The implications of this research will extend to corporate practitioners, policymakers, and scholars in the field of sustainability and corporate social responsibility. It will provide valuable insights into the importance of maintaining integrity in environmental claims and the potential long-term reputational risks associated with greenwashing. Ultimately, this research aims to contribute to the development of strategies and guidelines for organizations to effectively manage their environmental communications and maintain trust and credibility with stakeholders in the face of growing scrutiny of green claims.

Transforming Higher Education in India : Blended Learning for Enhanced Student Enrichment and Employability.
(Dogo Rangsang Research Journal, 2023-07) Homavazir, Malcolm; Homavazir, Zuleika; Gambhir, Vinima; Dikshit, Sukanya
Conventional Indian higher education requires a seamless yet long-term transition. However, this shift must take into account our community, tradition, and economics. The blended learning strategy may be a successful journey in that approach. "Blended learning is the resting monster which will alter higher education methodologically, ethically, and systemically," Sloan says. Blended learning refers to a complete educational strategy that combines face-to-face conversations with e-learning approaches to provide socialised, integrative, and long-term educational opportunities. This method will make the educational process more effective, simple, sociable, well-organized, and competent. We can make the ideal of time-relevant, quality-assured, and student-centered higher education for the new Millennium a reality by adopting this strategy. This would be the initial stage on educating India to become a powerhouse. Electronic technology has altered the process of education to the point that it seems instructors and universities must modify and implement a blended learning style of education across fields. Furthermore, investigations to measure the level of student involvement in mixed or digital degree programmes are few. This analysis used a non-experimental method of quantitative research. The Blended Learning Readiness Engagement Questionnaire was used to sample 40 UG & PG students. Following that, the WINSTEPS Rasch model assessment programme was utilised to verify the study experiment's validity and accuracy. To measure students' participation in a blended learning style of education, descriptive analysis and differentiated element functionality have been used, with the former focusing explicitly on student demographic parameters such as age, gender, area of study, ethnicity, and kind of institutions.
