Abstract

During my internship as a Junior Brand Partner at Please See Company, I gained invaluable insights into the creative agency sector, engaging in various aspects of brand strategy, project management, and client communication. This experience provided a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted processes involved in building and maintaining a brand’s identity. My primary responsibilities included developing brand strategies, managing client communications, and coordinating with internal teams such as the Design departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns. I played a key role in a rebranding initiative for a restaurant, where I collaborated closely with the design team to create a refreshed visual identity and develop a consistent brand narrative. The internship also provided an opportunity to develop a variety of skills. I gained practical experience in brand strategy development, learning how to align a brand’s identity with its market positioning and consumer preferences. Working on multiple projects simultaneously helped me refine my project management capabilities, particularly in prioritization and time management. Overall, the internship was a transformative experience that not only equipped me with practical skills and knowledge but also provided a deeper appreciation for the intricacies of brand building and marketing. The opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment like Please See Company helped me to grow both professionally and personally. It has also solidified my interest in pursuing a career in the creative agency sector, where I look forward to applying the skills and insights gained during this formative period.
