dc.description.abstractThe internship report titled "Leveraging Data-Driven Strategies to Optimize Social Media Campaigns: Insights" details my experience as a digital marketing intern at The Black Dahlia Unisex Salon. This internship was an integral part of my Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Atlas SkillTech University, focusing on the application of data-driven strategies to enhance social media marketing efforts. During my internship, I undertook a range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing the salon’s social media presence. My role involved creating a comprehensive monthly social media planner, designing graphics, managing social media accounts, and implementing performance marketing strategies. I worked on developing visually engaging content, coordinating posting schedules, and analyzing campaign performance to drive more effective marketing outcomes. The report begins with an exploration of the importance of data-driven approaches in social media marketing. It outlines the objectives of my internship and describes my key activities, including the creation of a monthly content planner, graphic design tasks, social media management, and performance marketing efforts. A detailed analysis of The Black Dahlia Unisex Salon’s social media campaigns is presented, highlighting how data insights were leveraged to improve campaign performance.
