Abstract
During my internship, I was given different responsibilities related to all areas from strategic planning, project management and operational execution. My role involved managing several projects which required careful planning and cross-functional coordination. This meant working closely with various departments in order to ensure seamless communication as well as goal alignment. Additionally, there was a need for formulating effective business strategies that support high-level decision-making processes. These tasks needed strategic thinking as well as operational execution where both long-term objectives of businesses were considered alongside daily challenges faced by them. One of the major aspects that I responsible for was running Kalp Jewellers’ social media accounts. Such activities involved content curation, audience engagement, social media metrics analysis and online brand visibility enhancement strategies development. Equally, I played a key role in the company’s website development and design that would serve as a platform for our products and effectively communicate brand story. Web analytics, user experience and driving traffic were some of the things that needed to be understood in order to improve on user interaction.
