Abstract
The internship report, titled "The Nexus of Growth Digital Marketing, CRM, and the Science of Customer Acquisition at Outlook Publishing Pvt: In my article “Marketing Internship at Outlook Publishing Pvt Ltd,” I provide a comprehensive review of the valuable internship experience I acquired working as a Marketing Intern for Outlook Publishing Pvt Ltd, a Media company. This report ensues the crucial lessons and professional experience I gleaned from this internship which forms a component of my MBA program at Atlas Skilltech University in my second year, undertaken in the summer.
While at my internship place of work, I engaged in numerous activities such as B2B Sales, Digital Marketing, Product and Brand Management, Competitor Analysis, Secondary Research. Under the supervision of my distinguished faculty member, Prof. Cleston Dcosta, I was able to participate in the complex environment of Marketing and sales and manage to build links between the theory and practice.
This paper discusses the relevance of the practical learning component of the program, focusing on how it relates to my personal development and the ways in which academic lessons learned in the classroom have been applied to common business practices. This executive summary version of the paper is meant to give the reader a glimpse into the elaborated analyses and self-reflections provided in the subsequent sections of this report on the Outlook Publishing Pvt Ltd internship
