dc.description.abstractThe internship report titled "From Theory to Practice: A Marketing Internship Exploration at Wella Professionals" provides an in-depth account of my practical experiences as a Marketing Intern at Wella Professionals, a global leader in the haircare and styling industry. This report contains all the practical work and strategic understanding I learned while working on real ground under a Brand Manager which helped me to bridge the gap between my academic learning and applying it in actual industry. I took on a large project during the internship of launching their new product line and saw it through the entire process from idea to execution. Some of the things I was responsible for were crafting and executing a go to market strategy, running an best in breed large scale product launch event, social media marketing to create buzz engagement around the new naturopathic line. got the idea of marketing influencer as well. I also collaborated with multiple teams and individuals to make sure each piece of the launch connected back to Wella's brand vision & business objectives. This internship gave me an opportunity to learn about the fast-paced world of brand management & marketing that taught me how to manage projects, strategic thinking and digital marketing. This post outlines what I did during my internship to add value and what it did for me in terms of growing professionally/learning something new that has put a light on the beginning of where I felt this is how marketing should look like which determined my pathway into Marketing.
