Abstract

My internship with Click2Career, a company that promotes career development and skill enhancement, gave me hands-on experience in several important business operations and professional development service areas. I actively participated in digital outreach, interview preparation, resume writing, and career counseling. I gained a thorough understanding of the organization's service offerings during my internship, and I helped with projects meant to increase student involvement and fortify client relationships. Additionally, I learned a lot about corporate partnerships, competitor analysis, and the organization and conduct of workshops and webinars aimed at enhancing employability skills. My communication, analytical, and business development skills were greatly improved by this experience, which also helped me better understand how career-oriented organizations prosper in a cutthroat market.
