    During my internship at MSL Publicis Groupe, I had the opportunity to work alongside the Billing department. My input played a meaningful role in several important domains. MSL operates as a component of the well-known global PR and communications firm, Publicis Groupe. Possessing a considerable worldwide footprint, MSL focuses on providing sophisticated and strategic communication resolutions to enable brands to adeptly connect with their desired audience.The company is recognized for its expertise in areas such as brand storytelling, digital marketing, reputation management, and media relations. MSL's commitment to innovative thinking and deep industry knowledge empowers it to equip clients with the tools they need to navigate today's complex communication landscape. My responsibilities included preparing billing drafts and organizing client-required invoices while ensuring their accuracy. This involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish efficient procurement processes. A key task was to maintain the billing grid's supporting documentation. By keeping the grid organized and up to date, I meticulously tracked and monitored invoices requested by the client for payment. This meticulous record-keeping facilitated easy access to data for audits and reviews. Furthermore, I worked proactively to ensure that each bill presented for billing encompassed all essential documentation, such as the client agreement, client PO number, and invoices for the work provided to the client. This streamlined the billing team's future tasks for enhanced efficiency. Throughout my internship, I utilized my organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a systematic approach to my responsibilities. This experience offered me direct experience of the complicated finance processes within the MSL Publicis Groupe's dynamic environment.

As part of my responsibilities, I took charge of assisting juniors while client calling, making PowerPoint presentation for managers, client management, and gathering feedback, creating reels, maintaining excel sheet and updating it on timely basis which further enhanced my skill set and expertise. The internship provided a platform for multifaceted skill development, allowing me tobecome a versatile professional proficient in various aspects of marketing and business development. Devi Enterprises operates as an authorized distributor of Parle products in the biscuits category, serving both wholesalers and retailers. My internship involved guiding and coordinating the efforts of the sales team, with the aim of expanding our customer base among wholesalers and retailers. I actively engaged with our sales force, providing them with insights and strategies to effectively connect with potential clients and persuade them to purchase Parle biscuits in larger quantities. The main goal was to boost sales figures while contributing to the overall growth and success of Devi Enterprises. The company's team consists of approximately 20-25 dedicated employees, encompassing sales personnel, managers, accountants, and a warehouse manager responsible for overseeing stock and inventory at our Vikhroli warehouse.     This internship report summarizes the key findings of the internship at JSW Steel Dolvi Works Limited. The internship was a valuable learning experience, and I learned a great deal about the company, the finance industry, and myself. JSW Dolvi Works is an integrated steel plant located in Dolvi, Maharashtra. It is the first steel plant in India to adopt a combination of Conarc Technology for both steel-making and compact strip production, aiding the production of hot rolled coils. The plant has a capacity of 10 MTPA and is well connected via rail, road, and sea. It is strategically located on the West coast of India, which gives it logistical advantages in importing raw materials and exporting finished products. Dolvi Works caters to several industries including automotive, infrastructure, construction, machinery, LPG cylinder-makers, cold rollers, the oil and gas sectors, and consumer durables. The internship at JSW Steel Dolvi Works Limited was a valuable learning experience. The intern learned a great deal about the company, the finance industry, and themselves. I began the internship by learning about the company's operations and financial reporting processes. They also gave me a tour of the company's facilities and learned about the different departments and their roles in the company. I also learned about the company's financial reporting systems and how they are used to track the company's financial performance. In addition to learning about the company and the finance industry, I also learned a great deal about myself. I learned how to work independently and as part of a team. I also learned how to manage their time and prioritize my work.

    I have pursued my specialization in Business Analytics during my time at S.Y.M.B.A. My natural inclination has always been towards data analysis, particularly in the context of business. The objective of the project was to Analyze and Study CSR Programs and policies of peer companies, FMCG, and Public Listed companies. The Study Period was 2017-18 to 2022- 23. I developed an Excel-based database on CSR Programs, Thematic Areas, Program Investments, Key Geographies, Aspirational Districts, and Types of implementation partners. This database helped in developing relevant graphs and statistics in understanding external trends in the CSR Landscape. The final output of the presentation was trend analysis, large common themes, and an approach to implementation.
