dc.description.abstract | During my internship at Tony's Fashion, a leading clothing firm based in Angola, Africa, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry. Tony's Fashion specializes in men's suits, shirts, and safari wear. Internship Experience: Throughout my internship, I was actively involved in various projects, primarily focusing on WhatsApp and Facebook marketing strategies. These platforms presented significant opportunities for Tony's Fashion to engage with its target audience and increase brand visibility. WhatsApp Marketing: One of the key projects I undertook was implementing a WhatsApp marketing campaign for Tony's Fashion. This involved creating engaging content, including product showcases, promotions, and customer engagement activities. By leveraging the direct and personal nature of WhatsApp, we were able to establish a strong rapport with customers, resulting in increased sales and brand loyalty. | |
