This executive summary provides an overview of the project's core findings, research methods, and practical recommendations intended to enhance Keshav Diamonds' assortment and operational processes.To accomplish the project's objectives, a systematic approach was taken, incorporating both primary and secondary data collection techniques. Additionally, secondary data from industry reports, academic literature, and relevant publications was used to enrich the research.
