Abstract
This internship report provides a comprehensive overview of my tenure as a Marketing Intern at Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, focusing on my contributions to the company. The internship allowed me to work closely with a dynamic marketing team and gain valuable insights into the world of marketing. The designing industry is very competitive and constantly changing. With the introduction of new technology and shifting consumer preferences, it is crucial for designers to be able to effectively sell their services. The report begins by presenting an overview of the company and its core business activities. The objectives of my study were to identify the key marketing practices used by designers, understand the challenges and opportunities faced by designers in marketing their services and develop recommendations for designers on how to improve their marketing practices. The biggest challenges faced in this industry regarding marketing their services are lack of time and resources, and difficulty in quantifying the value of their services. The primary focus of my internship at Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla was to assist the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the brand. I was further allowed to assist them while conducting market research to understand the brand's target audience and competitor landscape, creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters, planning and executing marketing events and promotions and assisting with the development of their ongoing label.
