dc.description.abstractThe report gives a brief about my work experience, learnings and contribution during my 2 month internship with Colgate-Palmolive India Limitet in their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) function as a summer intern during the tenure of 02nd May, 2023 to 5th July, 2023. Colgate-Palmolive is a renowned global consumer products company committed to sustainability and making a positive impact on communities worldwide. As a CSR intern, I was part of a 4 member team and assigned to a project that was aimed to provide a volunteering platform for Colgate India Employees, thereby support underserved communities and instill a sense of pride amongst employees. This major purposeof this report is to demonstrate my contributions to the project and, ultimately, to the business. My skill set was greatly improved by the CSR internship I completed at Colgate-Palmolive. While researching the top CSR practices, I improved my research and data analysis skills. Additionally, I was able to develop my project management, communication, and cooperation abilities by cooperating with a team. I have a better knowledge of the vital role that CSR plays in the corporate sector, thanks to my experience at Colgate-Palmolive. I discovered how influential business can be in bringing about positive change and how incorporating sustainable practices into daily operations is essential for the welfare of both society and the environment.
